The ideal candidate will have experience in general home maintenance, light repairs, and outdoor upkeep. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify and address maintenance needs efficiently while ensuring the property remains in top condition year-round. Work Schedule: - days per week, 8 hour work day. If full time desired, we can share with another neighbor who is also looking for similar help.- Occasional weekend or evening work may be required for urgent repairs or special projects.
