Real Property Management Eclipse relies on the Property Manager to demonstrate leadership and create trust with owners and tenants (both current and prospective), as well as contractors and other vendors. The Property Manager instills confidence in our services by taking world-class care of the properties we manage. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Hands-on management of property portfolioManagement of Tenancy Applications and AgreementsPartnering with the Leasing Agent to prepare advertisements for available rental propertiesPartnering with the Maintenance Manager to organize repairs and maintenance for managed propertiesMaintaining regular, close contact with current clientsConducting periodic inspections of managed propertiesManaging portfolio correspondencePreparing rental arrears trackerExecuting appropriate actions against tenants in arrearsAuthorizing payment of client invoicesManaging client insurance claims and paymentsAuditing monthly and yearly rental statementsPerforming rent reviewsConducting pre-vacating inspectionsPreparing outgoing property condition reportsEntering management agreements/creating portfolios and propertiesAttending and participating in office meetingsAdhering to all procedures required in this role.Providing feedback for and participating in continuous improvement of procedures and processesOther duties as assignedKEY ATTRIBUTES
