Four Seasons Baltimore Private Residences is seeking a Lobby/Public Area Attendant with experience providing exceptional service standards. The deeply instilled Four Seasons culture is personified by its employees, people who share a single focus and are inspired to offer great service.

The role of the Residential Lobby/Public Area Attendant

Able to communicate to the owners and team verbally and in writing in regards to any concerns or questions that may arise. Keeps public areas and restrooms clean, neat and well supplied. Keeps all public areas neat, vacuumed and dusted. Makes sure mirrors, furniture, floors, elevators and doors are clean and mark-free. Removes all trash from areas. Responds to owner requests and inquiries while in the lobby. Can answer guest questions and direct them to the areas they desire to be in. A team player that assists with responsibilities and duties of the residential team including covering the desk, and helping other team members as needed. Typical workweek will split between providing housekeeping services to occupied units, and cleaning vacant units, public areas and the sales floor.
