The staff works to increase independence, encourage skill acquisition and utilization, help with symptom management, and maintain a clean and safe environment for the residents. Residential specialists work closely with the treatment team and community agencies to provide wrap-around support for all individuals. We strive to provide effective, evidence-based practices.
