Residential Superintendent / PM - Monumental Builders : Job Details

Monumental Builders is on the lookout for a Residential Superintendent / Project Manager to join our awesome team in Chevy Chase, MD. What You'll Be Doing: Running residential construction projects from start to finish Working with skilled labor and subcontractors Team up with Construction Manager to ensure all trades have the right materials on site Reading blueprints and specs with precision Making sure quality is top-notch and projects stay on schedule Inspecting and solving issues quickly Keeping track of projects with photos and daily reports Handling project budgets and finances Making sure safety rules are followed on site Leading regular project meetings with stakeholders What We're Looking For: Know-how to lay out from Foundation to completion Ability to oversee MEP and other subcontractors technically and timely Great communication skills with workers, subcontractors, and clients Quick problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure Experience in managing multiple projects at once About Us: At Monumental Builders, we're all about creating amazing living spaces by working closely with architects, designers, and clients.
