Residential Supervisor - Youth Shelter - Youth And Family Alternatives : Job Details

Oversee day to day operation of Residential Shelter. Assists the Regional Director in all aspects of the administration and management of the program. Leads and directs team members in areas including but not limited to regulations/standards compliance, facility-specific human resources functions, budget development /monitoring, and implementation of the youth development system. Job Duties:Supervise Youth Development Staff directly. Monitor reports, forms, and admission packets to ensure accuracy and policy compliance. Coordinate with Team Lead for timely completion of contractual requirements like drills and inspections. Manage safety procedures for the facility. Ensure compliance with the Youth Development System (YDS) among staff. Maintain facility cleanliness through daily checks and staff/youth encouragement.
