Residential Support Staff - CREDO COMMUNITY CENTER : Job Details

Job Type Full-time Description Full Time Responsible for the care and supervision of adolescent male residents ages 12-17 with a mental health diagnosis in a residential group home environment. Duties include ensuring that a therapeutic environment is maintained in conformity to health, safety, and nutrition requirements. Adheres to the core values and trauma sensitive practices and presents as a role model for the youth in the community residence and community. Assists in meal prep, recreational activities, and skill building services. Training is provided. Current shifts available:1. Thursday- Sunday 2p-10p2. Monday- Wednesday 2p-10p, Thurs/Fri Off, Sat/Sun 6 a- 2p3. Overnight 10p-6a Thursday-Sunday (32 hours). Off Mon-Weds4. Overnight 10p-6a Monday-Wednesday. Thurs/Fri Off. Sat/Sun10p-6a Requirements Must have a High School Diploma or GED, College Degree or Genearl Education Degree (GED), preferred experience working with childern and/or adolescents. Salary Description $18.55/hr
