RESIDENTIAL TEAM LEADER - SOUTH JERSEY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH RESOURCESFULLTIME DAY DAY SHIFT- $21.60 PER HOUR.- NEW RATE!Responsibilities:Under the supervision of the Program Coordinator or other supervisor, the team leader is responsible for taking the lead in service provision and coordination for consumers residing in the assigned residence. In addition, the team leader is responsible for the oversight and coordination of services to ensure the safe therapeutic operation of the residence.Requirements:Graduation from an accredited college/university with a Bachelor's degree in a mental health, health or other appropriate human services related discipline; and 1 year work experience in a mental health residential setting.A combination of one or more years of college, plus one or more years related experience together equaling five years; orA High school diploma or the equivalent, plus five years related experienceRehabilitative training and certification provided through SJBHR are required within 2 weeks of employment.Valid driver's license is required.
