Resort Manager - Horizon Hospitality Associates : Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated Lodging Manager to oversee the guest service and housekeeping operations of a beautiful resort near Lake Tahoe, CA. The chosen candidate will oversee a variety of lodging styles across a large property including campsites, cabins, and a lodge. This is an excellent opportunity for a hotel professional with housekeeping and front desk management experience to accept a role with a large company that provides stability and advancement opportunities and likes to promote from within.

COMPENSATION: $70,000 - $75,000 + full benefits package, relocation assistance, and temporary housing

Hotel Manager Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of hotel management experience required
• Front desk and housekeeping management experience preferred
• Customer service/hospitality attitude
• Strong leadership qualities
• History of hiring, training, and team development
