Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Screening and Recruiting:
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills and qualifications.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Maintain a talent tracker to keep track of candidate pipelines and recruitment progress.
Onboarding Coordination:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Collaborate with project teams to facilitate onboarding activities and provide necessary support.
Administrative Support:
- Manage timesheet follow-ups to ensure accurate reporting of hours worked by employees.
- Follow up with project teams regarding pricing model updates and project statuses, including accurate end dates and extensions without additional fees.
Data Tracking and Reporting:
- Support with data tracking and reporting related to recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate conversion rates.
- Assist in analyzing recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Project Management Support:
- Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to pull content and support project management activities as needed.
- Assist in project tracking and coordination to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruiting coordination, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and hectic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data tracking and reporting tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Knowledge of various skillsets such as copy, media, creative, marketing, SEO, design, etc., is preferred.
