Respiratory Equipment Set-up and Training Specialist - Lincare : Job Details

Lincare is seeking a Respiratory Therapist / Nurse to join our team as a Respiratory Equipment Set-up and Training Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and educating patients on home medical equipment, including ventilators, monitors, CPAP/BiPAP units, and other related equipment.

Responsibilities:
• Set up and provide education on home medical equipment
• Inspect, test, and adjust equipment for safety and efficiency
• Assess patient condition and determine suitable treatment administration
• Maintain patient records in compliance with accreditation standards
• Stay informed on respiratory homecare techniques and therapy concepts
• Participate in on-call duties as needed

Requirements:
• Respiratory Therapy or Nursing qualification/certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Knowledge of pulmonary function and rehabilitation
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Ability to lift and move necessary equipment
