If you're passionate about healthcare and committed to providing seamless, patient-centered services, this role could be the perfect fit for you.As a Respiratory Therapist at Health System Services, you will be responsible for setting up and managing CPAP, BIPAP, and NHV therapies in patients' homes or in office, conducting ventilator checks, and providing education on respiratory equipment and disease management. Youll work closely with patients, local hospitals, and referral sources to ensure high-quality care and improve patient outcomes. If youre proficient in Microsoft Office, have excellent communication skills, and are motivated to grow with an organization that values your contributions, we encourage you to apply.What Youll Do * Set patients up on CPAP, BIPAP, and NHV therapy in office and in their homes. * Conduct ventilation checks, oxygen titration/evaluation for O2 patients on conserving devices and POCs. * Provide instruction on use of equipment and education on respiratory disease state. * Set up neonatal to adult patients on ventilators and performing monthly service checks while coordinating with local hospitals and referrals. * Schedule all patient equipment set ups, follow ups, mask refits, etc. * Keep detailed call logs of all phone communication, phone call attempts, and scheduled appointments. * Instruct patients thoroughly on use of all Respiratory Equipment. * Enter patient data into CPAP compliance tracking program. * Follow up on patient progress, work to increase patient compliance.What Were Looking For * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Highly motivated, with a goal of becoming a long-term asset to the organization. * Exceptional organizational abilities. * Friendly and warm personality with strong customer service skills. * Ability to travel to patients within the greater Syracuse area.Qualifications for Success * Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program, required. * Respiratory Therapist license in the corresponding state, required. * Exceptional organizational skills. * Friendly, warm personality. * One year in DME, preferred. * Valid drivers license.Benefits * Competitive starting pay * Health, Dental, and Insurance for full-time employees * Short-Term and Long-Term Disability for full-time employees * PTO, Vacation and paid Holidays for full-time employees * 401K with company match for eligible employeesFollow link to apply through company website:
