Join our team today!Job description: Responsible to assist the Server in running food from Kitchen to table, clean and reset tables in RestaurantCompensation: $15.50/hr.+ TipsThe ideal candidate will have FT and open availability, as the restaurant is open every day, rain or shine.The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule, including weekend availability.Responsibilities and Duties:* Clean tables being careful not to break or damage any tableware. Return condiments andother equipment to proper storage areas.* Assist food servers in setting up tables so as to be ready for service* Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned by supervisor toadhere to health standards.* Folding napkins for all meal periods throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply.* Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special guestrequests.Specific Job Knowledge and Skills:The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain anddemonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonableaccommodation.* Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.* Ability to read the English language to fully comprehend job requests, caution notices and similarwritten materials.* Ability to grasp, lift and /or carry or otherwise transport up to 50 lbs.* Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 200 lbs.Other Expectations:* Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time,is essential to the successful performance of this position.* Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, associates may be required to work varyingschedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
