RESTAURANT FRONT OF HOUSE (FOH) TEAM MEMBER - Toastique : Job Details

Salary starts at $13/hr, tips ususually range between $3-5 per hr. Team Members serve a vital role at Toastique. As front-line employees, initial interaction with our customers sets the mood and tone of the Toastique experience. Team members are responsible for greeting our customers with a friendly smile, putting together all orders, and creating toasts, smoothies, and bowls that our customers will enjoy. Additionally, Team Members are responsible for keeping customers moving quickly through the line and pickup station by effectively taking orders, processing transactions, checking online orders and prioritizing tickets for optimal ticket time, ensuring the cleaniness of the dining area and restrooms, accomplishing BOH tasks to include food prep and dishwashing along with any other tasks as assigned.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Taking orders on the POS and double checking the customers orders by repeating the order and asking for a name and if its dine-in or to-go

Properly making smoothies, bowls and toast according to the tickets maintaining consistency, speed and presentation

Answering the stores phone and directing inquires to shift leads or manager

Cleaning smoothie and toast stations, FOH tables & bathrooms

Restocking all disposable ware, cups and merchandiser items when needed

Taking directions from shift lead or manager to ensure all prep is done correctly

Helping with BOH duties such as dishes, sweep and mop, trash, putting away deliveries and etc.

Working together as a team to achieve highest result of customer satisfaction
