Lead and manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. Develop and mentor staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Drive performance through strategic decision-making, financial management, and cost control. Spearhead turn-around efforts in underperforming areas, ensuring growth and profitability. Collaborate with the leadership team on marketing, menu development, and overall business strategy.

Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L, and cost controls. A driven, results-oriented personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
