Job Description: As our Club Manager, you will be more than a manager you are a pivotal part of 'It's Him'. Your role is integral in creating an atmosphere that's as welcoming as it is vibrant. Acting as a liaison between the owner and staff, you will not only bring to life the story of 'It's Him' through your skills at the bar but also by implementing and executing the vision and values of the establishment. Your engagement with staff and customers, alongside your dedication to customer service, will be essential in shaping the unique experience our bar offers.
1.Employee Scheduling
- Create and maintain an efficient employee schedule that meets operational needs while considering staff availability and preferences. The schedule should be posted every Monday for the upcoming week to ensure all team members are aware of their shifts in advance.
2. Inventory Ordering
- Manage inventory ordering by assessing current stock levels and determining the necessary quantities of beer, wine, juices, food, alcohol and spirits, soda syrup, bar utensils, and other supplies required for seamless operations. This process should be conducted every Monday or Sunday to ensure timely delivery for Tuesday.
3. Entertainment Confirmations
- Send out entertainment confirmations every Monday for the current week, ensuring that all scheduled performers, DJs, hosts, and other entertainment are confirmed and prepared for their respective events. This includes communicating any specific requirements or expectations to the entertainers.
4. Bank Deposits and Change Management
- Oversee the handling of bank deposits, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and processed every Monday. Additionally, manage change levels for the bar to ensure sufficient funds are available for daily operations.
5. Process Development
- Continuously assess and develop processes and procedures aimed at addressing areas of opportunity within the bar. This includes identifying inefficiencies, implementing new strategies, and training staff on best practices to enhance service quality and operational effectiveness.
6. Staff Management and Coaching
- Provide leadership and guidance to all staff members, including contractors such as security personnel, DJs, performers, and hosts. Regularly coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities and promoting a culture of accountability and professionalism.
7. Event Coordination
- Actively coordinate events by receiving emails and promptly responding to event requests. This includes managing the logistics of events, communicating with clients, and ensuring all arrangements align with the bars capabilities and standards
8. Ambiance Monitoring and Maintenance
- Monitor and maintain the ambiance at Its HIM in accordance with established standards. This involves adjusting lighting (both lounge and club lights), operating haze and laser machines, and managing music volume to create an inviting atmosphere that enhances the customer experience.
9. Operational Compliance
- Ensure that all staff adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies. This includes providing coaching and feedback when necessary and enforcing disciplinary action when performance standards are not met to uphold the bar's reputation for excellence.
10. Complaint Management
- Handle staff and customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency, addressing issues promptly to ensure a positive environment. This includes listening to concerns, providing solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
11. Daily Operations Management
- Oversee the daily flow of operations, ensuring that all activities align with Its HIM's operational standards and goals. This involves coordinating with various departments,

- Monitor the bathrooms for cleanliness and organization, addressing any issues immediately, including restocking towels and maintaining trash levels.
