Pecan Square Caf is MML Hospitality's newest restaurant concept and we need your help! We offer a $250 bonus after 90 days of great performance in addition to the benefits listed below.

Pecan Square Caf, located in the heart of Clarksville, serves simple, seasonal food inspired by our home in Austin. With a focus on market-driven ingredients and an evolving roster of dishes, the menu is straightforward but elevated. The beverage program will deliver dynamic variations on classic cocktails, with an approachable and sophisticated wine selection. We open for lunch, brunch, and dinner seven days a week - Service is easygoing, warm, and casually elegant. * Minimum of 2 years experience in a full-service restaurant

* Excellent customer service and people skills required

* Open availability preferred!

* Ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure

* Ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively

* Strong verbal communication skills required

* Ability to read menus, safety documents, etc.

* Prior experience with POS (Toast preferred)

Duties and responsibilities include:

* Maintain standards of food and beverage quality and standards of service

* Demonstrate menu knowledge and sales skills, answer questions, and make suggestions

* Relay orders to the kitchen and beverage services with accuracy and efficiency

* Anticipate and address guest needs and concerns

* Communicate with other staff and management regarding the needs of guests

* Complete all side work as assigned

* Maintain a clean and safe work environment

* Support other FOH and kitchen staff in duties as required
