Job Description:

As a member of our waitstaff, you will be the face of Kanji Sushi and Ramen, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and seating guests
• Presenting menus and providing detailed information when asked
• Taking accurate food and drink orders
• Delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Processing payments and managing cash registers
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic knowledge of sushi and ramen dishes is a plus, but not required
