- Greet guests professional and friendly manner.
- Present menus, take food and beverage orders and provide recommendations when necessary.
- Ensure accuracy in order-taking and communicate orders to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, following established serving standards.
- Check on guests regularly to meet their needs and address any concerns or requests.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and timely guest checks and process payments using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including setting up and breaking down tables.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as kitchen staff and hosts/hostesses, to provide a seamless dining experience.
- Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous 5 years of serving experience in premium service restaurant
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic math skills for accurate order processing and bill calculations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- An eagerness to learn and adapt to new procedures and standards.
- Solid knowledge of wine and spirits
