Part-time (20-25 hrs/wk) begins at $12.00/hr + tips

Tips are currently averaging +$4.50/hr

Job Description:

As a Shift Lead, you will serve as Vinaigrette's front line. It is your job to maintain VSK's vision while providing great hospitality and exceptional customer service. Essential Job Functions:

• Salad Building
• Cashier
• Offering Vinaigrette Hospitality
• Fulfill all staff level requirements
• Communicate with VSK team at your location
• Set the example for customer engagement
• Knowledgeable about the nutritional information of salads
• Assist team members in lite food preparation
• Practice conflict resolution with the VSK team
• Self-motivating & on task
• In-store cleaning upkeep
