We are looking for the next TEAM MEMBER to join our family at Firehouse Subs! Full and Part-timepositions are available. SHIFT LEADERS and TEAM MEMBERS must understand the importance of thecustomer experience and understand that they are the Face of FirehouseSubs brand. This job contributes to Firehouse Sub's success byassisting General Manager in executing store operations during scheduledshifts. This job requires the ability to deploy team members and delegate tasks.to complete daily systems and procedures with 100% integrity. The TEAMMEMBER is responsible for acting in accordance with FirehouseSubs policies and procedures.Additional Requirements:• Computer skills including some Microsoft software andregister skills• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughoutassigned shift• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezerwith temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° FEssential Functions include:• Responsible for customer product and service standards• Foster an environment of teamwork• Responsible for delivering exceptional customer andstore experience• Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eyecontact• Execute quality store operations• Clean store, small wares, merchandise, and physical plantas necessary• Must be able to operate food preparation machinery• Adhere to all food, safety, and security guidelines• Must be able to operate a cash register and handle cashtransactions while adhering to all cash-handling policiesBenefits:
