Job Description: Plan and execute fire restoration and water mitigation projects while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors and resource providers involved. Manage the entire customer experience and overall customer satisfaction. Base + Commission: This position offers a base salary plus a commission structure Salary range listed refers only to the base salary portion of pay package Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and sell projects
- Educate customers on process
- Identify and document project scope of work
- Maintain customer and client communications
- Review estimates
- Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate
- Create project schedule
Qualifications:
- Superb customer service track record
- Effective written and oral communication
- Experience in mitigation/restoration required
- Xactimate knowledge
- High school diploma/GED
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Ability to successfully complete a Servpro required background check and drug test subject to applicable law.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
- Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Must be available to work a rotating on-call schedule
