MaxResto, a premier water mitigation and restoration company specializing in insurance claims advocacy, is seeking an experienced Restoration Operations Manager to lead our operations team. This critical role focuses on overseeing all aspects of restoration and construction services, ensuring compliance with IICRC standards, delivering exceptional client service, and driving operational efficiency.

As a Restoration Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple restoration projects, optimizing workflows, and acting as the key point of contact for homeowners and insurance adjusters.

• Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor project managers, field crews, and office staff to ensure excellence in restoration services.

• Project Oversight: Manage water mitigation, build-back, and restoration projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

• Insurance Claims Support: Collaborate with homeowners and insurance adjusters to facilitate claims, provide required documentation, and advocate for fair settlements.

• Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all projects comply with IICRC standards and Texas residential building codes.

• Budget Management: Create and oversee project budgets, track expenses, and report financial performance to company leadership.

• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in restoration workflows and implement strategies to improve productivity.

• Technology Integration: Use industry-specific software, such as Xactimate and CompanyCam, to manage projects and streamline operations.

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in restoration, water mitigation, or construction project management.

• Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.

Certifications:

• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD) required; additional certifications are a plus.

• PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.

Skills:

• Expertise in insurance claims processes and knowledge of IICRC S500 standards.

• Proficiency with restoration-specific tools and software (e.g., Xactimate, Buildertrend, CompanyCam).

• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
