• Develop full project schedules to guide services from start to finish.
• Cultivate relationships with insurance adjusters to ensure seamless coordination and approvals.
• Manage production schedules, ensuring that all phases of the project run efficiently and according to plan.
• Coordinate and communicate with in-house tradesmen and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Send and receive sub-contractor confirmations to ensure all schedules are clear and deadlines are met.
• Maintain constant and professional communication with clients, updating them on project progress and addressing any concerns.
• Monitor budgets closely to ensure all projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, capable of clearly conveying information to clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain accurate records.
• Experience in construction project management or a similar role is preferred.
