Restoration Project Manager
Paul Davis Restoration of Metro NY/NJ is hiring a Restoration Project Manager. At Paul Davis, we help homeowners and businesses rebuild their property after traumatic events caused by fire, wind, water, and other damage. If you're passionate about making a real difference in restoring properties and helping others, we want you on our team!
What Does a Restoration Project Manager Do?
You'll collaborate with property owners and insurance adjusters to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial properties. Overseeing renovations, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects stay on budget are key responsibilities. Much of your time will be spent in the field.

Prior experience in restoration, construction, estimating, or insurance adjusting is a plus.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee multiple residential construction projects.
* Act as a liaison between customers, team members, and insurance adjusters.
* Monitor budgets, timelines, and ensure timely project completion.
* Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
* Conduct site inspections and resolve project challenges.
Compensation and Benefits:
* Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions. Total annual compensation ranges from $50k to $200k+.
