Restoration Technician - Paul Davis : Job Details

Paul Davis Restoration of Bucks County is looking to add a Restoration Technician to our elite team.

Job Description:

* Use of cleaning chemicals and equipment in a safe, effective manner

* Perform demolition of general building materials and flooring

* Operate/stock/clean/load/unload company truck or van

* Understand and employ proper drying techniques

* Setup and monitor restoration equipment including dehumidifiers, air movers, negative air machines, etc.

* Packing/Unpacking, inventorying, and transporting of property and furniture

* Handle documentation including work orders, authorizations, timesheets, photo reports, etc.

* Understand and employ proper cleaning techniques for both structure and contents

* Safely and efficiently use basic hand tools

Candidates MUST:

* Possess the ability to lift up to 50 lbs

* Possess a clean driving record

* Pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening

* Pass a pre-employment criminal background check

* Provide their own basic hand tools (list to be provided)

* Have ability to work full time with flexibility for nights and weekends

Experience/Skills preferred, but will train:

* Experience in the Property Restoration industry
