The purpose of this position is to monitor conditions of and supplies for restrooms during Cafe, Live and/or Banquet operating hours and to correct or report deficiencies as appropriate. Restroom Attendants are also expected to ensure safety and provide quality guest service.
- Knowledge of restroom custodial, supply and maintenance requirements & procedures.
- Knowledge of emergency requirements, safety hazards and applicable safety precautions
- Knowledge of Cafe facilities sufficient to respond accurately to inquiries by guests.
- Ability to maintain composure and to exercise sound judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good relations with Cafe restroom guests.
- Ability to make routine decisions in areas of responsibility and take proper action or, when appropriate, to refer problems to the Operations Manager(s).
- Monitor conditions of and supplies for assigned restrooms, and corrects or reports deficiencies as appropriate, with the objective of ensuring clean fit safe restrooms. Monitor conditions of the lobby, staircase and landing throughout the shift and corrects or reports deficiencies as appropriate, with the objective of ensuring clean & safe public areas.
- Recognizes and reports restroom maintenance deficiencies, structural and/ or plumbing issues and / or safety concerns to Operations Manager(s).
- Responds to inquiries from guests regarding Cafe restrooms.
- Ensuring all soap & toilet dispensers are in working order and are filled with supplies.
- Ensure all mirrors, shelving and floors are clean and clear of any debris.
- Ensure toilets are in working order and unblock as needed.
- Sweep and mop all restroom floors.
- Return all cleaning equipment & materials to appropriate areas.
- Loads and unloads supply trucks.
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or hand truck.
- Removes trash and garbage to designated areas.
- Coordinate custodial, supply and maintenance supply purchases between operations departments.
- Present a professional image to employees, guests, clients, owners and investors.
- Operate ethically to protect the image of Hard Rock.
- Must work in a fast paced environment.
- Guest contact is an essential component of this position.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing.
- Multiple language abilities a plus, fluency in English required
