RETAIL Architect and Interior Designers (Multiple roles available, from 5+ years)

Location: Manhattan, NY

Job Type: Full-Time

Overview:

We are seeking talented Architects and Interior Designers with a minimum of 5 years of experience, proficient in Revit, to join a dynamic team in Manhattan. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in retail and/or hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage design projects from concept through completion.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop innovative and functional design solutions.
• Produce detailed Revit drawings and specifications.
• Ensure designs meet all regulatory standards and client requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design.
• Proficiency in Revit is mandatory.
• Extensive experience in retail and/or hospitality design; other experience will not be considered.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Must have the right to work in the U.S.

Location:

This position is based in our Manhattan office. Candidates must be local and have good understanding of building codes and local law.
