Pastry Chef Dominique Ansel is looking for FULL-TIME Baristas/Waitstaff, **GREAT TIPS** for his flagship SoHo location, Dominique Ansel Bakery!

We are looking for dedicated, passionate, hard-working individuals to be part of the team. Come grow with us!

This position is perfect for someone who wants to get a foot through the door in the Food and Beverage industry. The work environment is fast-paced and customer-service oriented. Be prepared to work hard and learn about food, hospitality, and service.

Members of our team are expected to have POS and coffee knowledge as well as be comfortable with menu memorization and regular communication with the team on inventory, customer service, and special promotions.

Requirements:

A genuine passion and knowledge for food and pastry

Greets customers and takes food order

Memorization of the menu, provides information about products to customers

Prepares all drink orders and food packaging to Dominique Ansel Kitchen standards

Operates a cash register, accurately counts and provides change to customers

Follows the bakery operational policies including safety and security procedures, during each shift

Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume, providing a positive example for the team

Sociable and friendly to customers. We believe a positive attitude is your biggest asset!

**Compensation Details**

Compensation: Hourly ($15.15) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $500
