**Retail Associate**

Long Beach, CA / Retail / Full-Time **Position Description** Looking for a Sales Associate that is friendly and energetic as well as swift to ensure customer satisfaction. The job of a sales associate involves selling, restocking and merchandising. The sales associate is responsible for greeting and assisting the customers as well as maintaining the appearance of the store and the merchandise. In this role, you will also be serving as an Ambassador by promoting our core values. Our Passion to bring people together is conveyed through creating a best in class cannabis retail experience.

Must be COVID-19 Vaccinated.

Looking for both Part-time and Full-time. **Responsibilities**

+ Act as the face of the company when warmly greeting, welcoming, and introducing guests into the store

+ Guide first-time guests through the registration process and execute basic administrative tasks

+ Make a human connection with guests to understand their needs and suggest solutions that are the best fit for their lifestyle.

+ Address all guests questions and concerns during every engagement, ensuring each guest feels comfortable with the product being purchased

+ Meet and/or exceed personal sales goals, team goals, and KPI goals

+ Deliver our values to the customer through an experiential and seamless manner

+ Engage customers through exciting product experience, education and demonstrations

+ Stay up to date on all product knowledge, consumption methods, effects, and what differentiates between brands and products.

+ Exercise high standards of professional maturity

+ Treat peers, leaders, and partners with kindness and respect

+ Ensure all training, both self-initiated and required by the company, are completed in a timely manner and applied in practice

+ Take ownership of personal growth and development by seeking constructive feedforward from store leaders

+ Follow and execute all processes for operational compliance including cash/credit handling, back of house processes, customer confidentiality, and inventory integrity

+ Maintain high standards of visual merchandising on the sales floor and as well as the back of house

+ Ensure all displays are functional, accompanied by proper signage, and immaculate

+ Stay up to date on current promotions and inventory levels of current products and new releases.

+ Actively participate in and stay engaged with community events, outreach programs, and employee activities to help build community trust and team cohesion

+ Maintains up-to-date understanding of line office operations and procedures needed to comply with aspects of cannabis law and regulation, as provided by the Compliance Department and Line Office Management, and follows such operations and procedures.

+ High level of organization, patience, and flexibility

+ Prior experience with customer service in the retail, hospitality, or cannabis industry is a plus

+ Able to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends

+ Follows store/company code of conduct

+ Minimum 21 years of age
