Retail Associate - ALDI : Job Details

Position Type: Part-Time Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour Wage Increases: Year 2 - $20.00 | Year 3 - $20.50 | Year 4 - $20.50 | Year 5 - $21.50

Duties and Responsibilities: * Collaborate with team members * Uphold security and confidentiality of documents and data * Perform general cleaning duties and ensure neat merchandise displays * Provide exceptional customer service * Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy * Adhere to cash policies and procedures

Physical Demands: * Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store

Qualifications: * 18 years of age or older * Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service * Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures * Excellent verbal communication and time management skills * Knowledge of company products and services

Education and Experience: * High School Diploma or equivalent preferred * Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred * Equivalent knowledge through a combination of education and experience
