Position: Retail Associates Location: Anthem, AZ Type:Full-Time & Part-Time Salary/Pay: $17/hr. Shift:Must be flexible to work Monday-Saturday 9am-9pm and Sunday from 11am-6pm Responsibilities: - Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store - Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers - Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and merchandise displays as needed - Assist with inventory management and restocking - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and satisfactory manner Skills: - Strong upselling abilities to maximize sales opportunities - Experience in technical sales or technology products is preferred - Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures - Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory accuracy and store appearance - Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating discounts or promotions HotFoot Recruiters is an equal opportunity employer and will consider all applications without regards to race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information or any characteristic protected by law.
