Job Description **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Provide and promotes guest services in a friendly and efficient manner.

* Check in golfers for tee times and communicate any changes to staff.

* Operate Point of Sale System (P.O.S) and process accurate cash and financial transactions.

* Prepare settlement documents in a consistent and organized manner according to Departmental Guidelines.

* Assist Management in sales and services and stocking for the Golf Shop, including special orders.

* Reports to work in full uniform as assigned.

* Promotes special orders.

* Assists with monthly inventories.

* Ensures that the golf shop is clean and orderly.

* Provides guest with weather reports and communicates special events.

* Able to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position.

* Able to consistently comprehend, retain, and/or execute written, verbal and demonstrated directions, explanations and guidance.

* Promotes outstanding customer relations.

* Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.

* Performs all other duties as assigned.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS:**

* Previous golf and/ or clothing retail sales experience.

* General knowledge of computer programs and experience in operating a computer.

* Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and kneel for extended periods of time.

* Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business including holidays, evenings and weekends.
