Retail Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 to $20.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Sunday through Saturday from 07:00am to 08:00pm)

• Commission: 5% - 10% of sales

Job Duties:

• Accepting and processing orders, operate the POS register and resolve returns issues
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Recommending related products to increase customers' options, enrich the shopping experience and drive sales to meet goals.
• Staying knowledgeable about range of products to best explain the benefits and functions of products, method of preparation and how to use them to achieve the best results

Retail Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience preferred
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends
• High school diploma or GED
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
