• Base Pay: $16.00/hr

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Obtain 15-20 leads per hour. (Typical shifts are 4-5). 2. Follow all policies and procedures regarding hours, schedules, and the handling of leads. 3. Follow check-in/out policies, including use of company time-keeping system. 4. Greet customers with a friendly and helpful attitude and provide them information on our promotions and offerings. Be flexible regarding the needs of the customers at all times 5. Attend weekly conference in person at your local office for progress reports, updates, ongoing education and training, as scheduled.6. Other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must be 18 years or older
