Retail Manager - Security Bank : Job Details

This position is responsible for leading, coaching, training, and growing Security Bank's community-based retail division. This position will office in Lennox, SD. Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of retail banking, sales, operational efficiency and product development.
• Develop and execute a retail deposit and loan growth strategy for all locations.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to all Retail Team Members.
• Manage and coordinate all compliance audits and training.

• Bachelor's degree and minimum of ten years of retail banking experience.
• Thorough knowledge of banking regulations.
• Promote Security Bank's Vision, Mission, and Values.
• Regular travel to branch locations.
