**Overview**

Retail Merchandiser

Compensation - $25.00/hour and mileage reimbursement

**Sunday -Wednesday morning - 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM**

**Hours: Up to 30 hours**

**The Retail Merchandiser position provides the stock and rotate of bread and cake products.**

**RESPONSIBILITES:**

+ Merchandise, stock, and rotate bread and cake products on a company assigned restock route at various retail partners. Adhere to the stop sequence, and established service times to drive efficiency and to ensure continued customer satisfaction and consistent service times

+ Adhere to the fresh market policy by appropriately rotating product. Always ensure shelf life is maximized with proper rotation of products (First in, First out)

+ Adhere to required customer shelf schematic/plan-o-gram to ensure customer compliance

+ Restock and straighten out shelves and displays at each service

+ Check in and communicate with store management at each visit

+ Establish and maintain a sound, professional working relationship with key personnel

+ Maintain a professional appearance

+ Maintain cleanliness of an organized workspace

+ Ensure compliance with all Company Policies and Procedures.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS:**

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Possess a valid driver's license, a safe driving record and have or obtain a reliable means of transportation to and from stores

+ **Must be able to work Sunday and Wednesday morning - example 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM**

+ **Must clock in and contact manager each morning confirming you are working**

+ Must be customer oriented with the ability to provide an extraordinary level of customer service and solve customer issues as they occur.

+ Ability to some holidays that fall on Sunday and Wednesday - ( _hours are based on client needs)_

+ Must be able to regularly lift and carry products weight up to 50 lbs. as well as the ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs.
