A Residential Sales Consultant at Pella Corporation is responsible for presenting the Pella Promise for a completely satisfying turn-key installation of replacement windows to homeowners. Achieving individual sales goals by presenting a compelling case for customers to choose Pella. Understanding customer wants and needs is critical, and the ability to translate our product offerings to match will help you be successful in this role. Striving for a first-time close and planning for and delivering effective follow-up on the rest. Proactively seeking out new referrals through customer relationship networking will help you be successful in this role.
