Retail Sales Representative - OZINGA : Job Details

OverviewSummary: Retail Sales Representative is responsible for everyday operations of the Retail store in West Allis, this includes inventory, appearance, orders, walk in customers, call in customers, and COD Customers. The main role will be to service, attract and maintain a solid customer base.Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Service:• Targeting the needs of our customers, providing products that will fit their needs as well as attract new customersStore Appearance/Inventory:• Maintaining the store inventory and ordering in a timely basis what our customers require • Keeping the store and warehouse in a clean, organized mannerMarketing of Company and Store:• Coming up with creative ways to communicate products and training to educate and attract customersSupport Sales Team:• Be a good reference for Sales for all the materials the store sells and have the ability to research products that our customers request us to carry.Global Responsibilities:• Regular attendance and physical presence at work is an essential function of this position • This job may require additional duties not listed above and the employee may be asked to perform those duties to meet business needsQualifications:Education/Specialized Knowledge/Professional Certifications:• High School Diploma or equivalent requiredExperience:• Sales and Customer service experience preferred but not requiredSkills/Abilities:• Excellent Organizational, written and communication skills • Proficient with CRM's and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability and willingness to communicate their ideas effectivelyOzinga is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
