Counter Sales: Be the primary counter sales associate by answering and ringing up the bulk of transactions. We provide personalized service right at the counter, making sure every customer gets the assistance they need with a friendly smile. Stocking/Facing: Keep our shelves stocked, neat and organized. Out of stock or not in full must be tracked to ensure our customers can easily find what they're looking for, creating a pleasant shopping experience. My Departments: Maintain optimal inventory levels of the right products within your dedicated departments. Utilize all available resources to stay informed about the latest offerings in the market. Cat: Variety, Lawn and Garden, Housewares, Paint.Store Organization/Cleanliness: Make sure store always looks Open for Business .
