Retail Store Manager (Crystal River) - Goodwill : Job Details

Responsible for the overall management functions of retail store operation, including the management of all day-to-day operations to achieve targeted productivity, sales and profitability. Manages customer service, store image, merchandise presentation, processing functions, loss control and prevention, and cost control goals in attainment of the agency's objectives. Responsible for staffing, supervising, training and motivation of team members. Job Requirements: BA/ BS degree preferred in business management, or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of five years of experience in retail setting. Minimum of three to five years of direct supervisory experience. Subject to alcohol and drug testing.
