Retail Store Manager - LHH : Job Details

LHH is searching for an Store Manager that can manage several retail locations in the Greater Wausau / Stevens Point area. Locations are about 2 hours apart, so the ability to travel is required, but would generally be a remote role. Specific training for the industry is available, but some prior management experience is preferred. Salary is flexible.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
• Manage the daily functions of the business
• Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
• Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
• Manage budget to align with goals of business

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Comfort working with multiple groups within business
