The tire store manager is directly responsible for the overall direction, motivation, coordination, and evaluation of the store.The store manager plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store, oversees all sales, service, inventory and collection activities at the single-store level while delegating certain responsibilities to respective team members.Develops strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales and increase profitability.Expected to meet company objectives, maintain inventory and continually nurture a family culture that focuses on serving the customer.Must have knowledge of passenger, light and medium truck, commercial and ag tires.The tire store manager position is a full-time opportunity offering a family atmosphere, great pay as well as future growth potential.
