Job Description David Yurman is seeking a Retail Support Analyst to join our IT team. This role is crucial in providing technical support and configuration assistance for desktops, laptops, printers, POS systems, mobile devices, and remote access across the company. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless IT operations, serving as a trusted resource for end-users in both corporate and retail environments.
Key Responsibilities - Device Support & Maintenance: Deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops (both PC and Mac), tablets (iPads), and mobile devices (iPhones) for end-users.
- Printer Setup & Troubleshooting: Calibrate, troubleshoot, and manage HP LaserJet, Xerox, Canon, and Zebra label printers.
- Telecommunications Support: Support Cisco VoIP phones and employee voicemail systems.
- Mobile Device Management: Administer and provision mobile hardware, including iPads and iPhones, using MDM tools such as AirWatch and Jamf.
- Application Support: Provide operational support for critical applications, including Office 365 (Outlook, Teams) and the Point-of-Sale System (POS).
- Remote Assistance: Offer remote technical support for personnel located outside the primary work location.
- Technical Standards & Policies: Ensure compliance with IT standards, policies, and procedures.
- On-site and On-call Support: Deliver on-site and remote support for our retail locations, including on-call support as needed.
Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- 3+ years supporting Windows networks; Cisco/Meraki networks a plus.
- 3+ years working with Microsoft Active Directory/Exchange.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with both Windows and Apple hardware/software.
- 2+ years of experience with Cisco VoIP phone systems, including Call Manager.
- Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, etc.).
- Experience with commercial audio/video systems.
- Proficiency with Bomgar and SCCM.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure.
- Experience configuring VPN solutions, such as Palo Alto Global Protect (preferred).
- Familiarity with software ticketing systems like FreshService, ServiceNow, Footprints, and/or Zendesk.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 30 pounds or more as needed.
- Ability to navigate stairs and walk across varying distances as part of daily job duties.
- Occasional physical labor, including bending, kneeling, and reaching to install or troubleshoot equipment.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent documentation and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels within Corporate, Distribution Center, and Retail locations.
- Availability:
- Able and willing to provide after-hours and holiday support as required.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to support retail locations.

Working Hours: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000
