Retail Systems Manager - WSS / Foot Locker : Job Details

Position Overview:

The Retail Systems Manager will support the overall product strategy for retail focus areas within the Aptos ecosystem (e.g. Merchandising, Planning and Allocation, Pricing, Inventory, CRM, ERP, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand opportunities and build requirements for process and system improvement
• Manage daily tasks and processes within Aptos to support efficient business operations.
• Administration of user access and permissions
• Document processes, application flows and define requirements for existing and new functionality.
• Act as troubleshooting resource to document and escalate issues, utilizing technical database and code review skills as required.
• Provide clear and timely communication to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide end user support and training as needed.
• Manage testing and quality assurance for all upgrades and changes.
• Manage company CRM and loyalty applications with Aptos including deduping records, managing alerts, segmentation, and data ingestion from 3rd party resources.
• Participate in quarterly audit reviews.

Experience requirements:

• At least 2 years experience with Aptos ERP including Merchandising, Planning, and CRM is required
• Microsoft SQL proficiency is required
• Microsoft Excel proficiency is required
• Strong interpersonal, writing and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Position Type:

Please note: Although this is primarily a remote position, there is an expectation to come to the Gardena office 1x per week & during special projects/meetings.
