Job Description Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:
  • Ensure inventory is positioned at the correct warehouse in time to meet retailer PO requirements.
  • Coordinate transfers and adjustments to align with changing demand forecasts.
  • Establish and maintain a central communication hub for all inventory-related information.
  • Lead regular cross-departmental meetings to ensure alignment and resolve issues promptly.
  • Work with departments to develop and document SOPs for inventory management.
  • Ensure SOP compliance across all departments, updating them as needed to reflect changes.
  • Identify inefficiencies in the inventory management process and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Inventory Manager to introduce best practices and technology to enhance accuracy and reduce lead times.
  • Reduce expedited shipping by ensuring accurate inventory placement and minimizing misplacement.
  • Implement process improvements to reduce lead times, increase inventory accuracy, and resolve issues faster.
Qualifications We seek team members who are adept at contributing their expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we're looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is a plus
  • Experience in supply chain operations, with a focus on Inventory, orders, and logistics coordination
  • Strong process improvement capabilities
  • Proactive planner, problem-solver, communicator
  • Emotionally intelligent communicator
  • Strong verbal and email communication and collaboration
  • Quarterbacking skills and timeline management
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with automation tools and techniques is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Acumatica ERP is a plus.
