Retirement Plan Administrator/Compensation Analst

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000/yr

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Retirement Plan Administrator/ Compensation Analyst to manage our organization's retirement plans and compensation programs. This role combines technical expertise in ERISA compliance with strategic compensation analysis.

In this role, you will:

• Administer multiple retirement plans (401(k), 403(b), 457(b), 457(f)) and legacy pension plans.
• Manage employee plan enrollment, contributions, and loan requests.
• Ensure ERISA compliance and handle IRS/DOL reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain compensation structures and pay scales.
• Conduct market compensation analysis and salary surveys.
• Collaborate with external partners (recordkeepers, ERISA counsel, consultants).

We require:

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)
• 3+ years' experience in Compensation & Retirement Plan Administration
• Strong knowledge of ERISA and compensation regulations
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Excel
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
