Salary - $70,000-75,000

FT Salaried Role - Ideal candidates can start asap in 2024!!

Candidates should be retouchers first, not photographers.

Retouching will mostly be on product. Less beauty retouching

Ideal candidates have product retouching

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Photo Retoucher to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for retouching and editing a large volume of product and lifestyle images to be used across e-commerce platforms, packaging, and various marketing materials. This role plays a key part in maintaining the visual integrity of our brand, and were looking for someone who is passionate about producing high-quality work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retouch and manipulate product and lifestyle images to meet brand standards.
• Review and ensure consistency in image quality, color accuracy, and brand alignment.
• Organize image files with proper naming conventions for efficient cataloging.
• Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to ensure the visual representation supports the brands voice.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• A portfolio showcasing your retouching work, including before/after samples (required).
• 2-5 years of experience as a retoucher in a brand-focused environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A sense of urgency and the ability to take initiative.

This is a full-time on-site position based in Torrance, CA.
