As part of our team, you will play a meaningful role in making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.Responsibilities:
  • Manage assets and optimize fleet sizes and processes to effectively manage customer programs, including onboard new customers.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their chemical needs, analyze monthly forecasts and trends, and ensure timely delivery of products and program success.
  • Coordinate and handle all aspects of routine servicing and maintenance for returnable assets, including cleaning, validation, repair, pressure testing, and asset re-purposing.
  • Build reports and evaluate the health of the returnable drum fleet, taking proactive measures to prevent stockouts.
  • Process customer orders, verify the accuracy of information, and monitor backorders daily.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, addressing delivery issues and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Partner with internal functions, including Channel partners, Commercial, Service, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure effective communication and high customer service levels
  • Participate in Practical Process Improvement (PPI) initiatives, document and streamline processes as needed
Skills and Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Experience in asset management, supply chain and planning, or chemicals manufacturing is preferred.
  • Prior chemicals manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio and familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
