Join Shift4's Returns Department and play a pivotal role in the efficient management of returned credit card processing devices. As a specialist in our dynamic team, you'll be responsible for the reception, verification, testing, and refurbishment, including R2 recycling of electronic waste. Our reach spans from small/medium size restaurants/hotels to large stadiums, underscoring the diversity of our operations.
Responsibilities:
* Efficiently unload daily shipments from various carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and others, managing packages ranging from 2 lbs to 100 lbs.
* Conduct thorough inspections by opening boxes and strategically sorting devices into designated bins for testing, repair, e-waste recycling, or disposal.
* Execute precise sorting and disposal procedures for equipment, contributing to our commitment to environmentally responsible practices.
* Engage in daily loading and unloading activities, maneuvering pallets with a pallet jack to ensure seamless logistics.
